Who is Eligible To Purchase

The following education individuals are eligible to purchase through this notebook program:
    • Students & staff of Ngee Ann Polytechnic

Qualifying Purchases

Education individuals making personal purchases may buy one of the following per year:
    • MacBook Pro 13" 15"

Payment Option

CASH

NETS (for self-collection only)

NP interest free loan

    • Students who has successfully applied for NP interest free loan (applicable to approved model only - up to S$1900 before GST) shall accompanied a formal approval letter before placing any order.
    • For more information on this assistance scheme, please contact The Student Services Office, located at Blk 18, #02-16 at Ngee Ann Poly.

Cheque Payment

    • Cheque are to be made payable to "Sapura Synergy Singapore Pte Ltd ".
    • Cheque must be drawn on a Singapore bank account.
    • A copy of payer's I/C is to be accompanied for cheque payment.
    • Post-dated cheques are not accepted.

Delivery Method

    • Self collection
    • Home delivery (free of charge)

All Others

  • The Apple notebooks under Ngee Ann Poly Student Notebook Scheme being purchased from Sapura Synergy Singapore Pte Ltd are intended for personal use and not for institutional purchases or resale.
  • A copy of student matriculation card is to be accompanied with every order.
  • Orders are subjected to stock availability and turn-around period is 15 working days.
  • Cancellation of order is not allowed.
  • No exchange/refund of notebook is allowed if dead/hot pixels are less than 5. Cosmetic issues are not entertained. Exchange is only allowed if 2 dead/hot pixels are shown together and are not more than 6.5mm apart.
  • No collection/delivery of notebook will be allowed till loan application is completed and approved.
  • Customer is required to keep all packages for 7 days for any exchange. Any missing packaging upon return will not be entertained.
