1. I'm a new student to be enrolled in 2010, should I purchase online before the road show?

You should purchase it at the Road Show (24 Mar 2010-1 Apr 2010 and 8 Apr 2010) after you have collected your student ID card on your assigned enrolment day.

2. I intend to buy a notebook at the road show, what are the essential documents for verification?

Basically, you need your student ID card which will be issued to you during your assigned enrolment day. If you intend to apply for SP Interest-Free Loan, please refer to SP notebook PC corner at www.sp.edu.sg/notebook.

3. Do I get SP software image for my notebook purchase online or at the road show?

SP Image is installed only for the first notebook purchased by student enrolled in 2010. Subsequent purchase will come with OEM image.

4. I need advice on the type of notebook suitable for my course, who should I approach?

You may refer to the course-specific hardware requirement at SP notebook PC corner at www.sp.edu.sg/ notebook. Alternatively, you may approach the enquiry counter at the road show for assistance.

5. Can I purchase the notebook if I'm a SP Alumni?

Only those holding the SP Alumni Card holders are eligible to purchase the tender notebook online from 9 May 2010, you will have to submit a copy of your Alumni card upon ordering to email: asisah.harber@sapuraglobal.com or you can fax a copy of your card to us @64698193. Kindly take note that Alumni will not be entitled for SP image notebook.
