Who is eligible to purchase

The following education individuals are eligible to purchase through this notebook program:

• Students, staffs & Alumni (only after 1 May 2009) of Singapore Polytechnic
• Only students enrolled in 2009 are eligible to Singapore Polytechnic pre-loaded software.
• Students are required to refer to SP Notebook PC Corner at: http://www.sp.edu.sg/notebook for course specific hardware requirement before placing the order.

• NETS (For self-collection only)
• Interest Free Loan
  • Students who has successfully applied for SP interest free loan shall accompanied a formal approval letter before placing any order.

• Cheque Payment
  • Cheque are to be made payable to "Sapura Synergy Singapore Pte Ltd ".
  • Cheque must be drawn on a Singapore bank account.
  • A copy of payer's I/C is to be accompanied for cheque payment.
  • Post-dated cheques are not accepted.
• Hire Purchase
  • 12, 24 & 36 months instalment period is available through Hitachi Capital.
  • Submit the duly completed application form with supporting document and order form to hire purchase company.
  • Order will only be processed upon receipt of approval letter from hire purchase company.

• The Apple notebooks under Singapore Poly Student Notebook Scheme being purchased from Sapura Synergy Singapore Pte Ltd are intended for personal use and not for institutional purchases or resale.
• A copy of student/ staff card must be accompanied with every order.
• Orders are subjected to stock availability and turn-around period is 15 working days (inclusive of hire purchase).
• A admin fee of S$50 will be imposed for any cancellation or amendment of order.
• No exchange/refund of notebook is allowed if dead/hot pixels are less than 5. Cosmetic issues will not be entertained. Exchange is only allowed if 2 dead/hot pixels are shown together and are not more than 6.5mm apart.
• No collection/delivery of notebook will be allowed till loan application is completed and approved.
• Customer is required to keep all packages for 7 days for any exchange. Any missing packaging upon return will not be entertained.
